We'll get to know you, discuss your likes and dislikes and how you need your room to function. You'll enjoy a designer look at a much lower cost. Redesign is the original "Green Design:" reuse, recycle, refresh!

An interior redesign consultation is $85. Room redesigns begin at $250.

Home Staging for Real Estate Sales

First impressions are the most important, especially when a potential buyer walks into your home. Real estate studies show that professionally staged homes command a 6.9% price increase and 50% less time on the market. Because it’s YOUR home, you might find it difficult to be objective about what is pleasing to potential buyers.

Schedule a home staging consultation and we’ll do a thorough analysis of your home, inside and out, and provide you with a written list of recommendations to implement before putting your house on the market.

We also offer a staging assistance service. We’ll return to your home for some hands-on work to give your house “model home” appeal. Whether you’re a homeowner or real estate agent, it’s a quicker sale and more money in your pocket: What are you waiting for?

A home staging consultation is $150. Home staging assistance begins at $50/hour. Furniture and accessories, if needed, may be rented on a monthly basis.

Do you hate to shop or can’t find the time? Tell us your budget and we’ll do the shopping for you or with you.

Shopping assistance is $50/hour.
